La Locanda Scirocco is a pleasant inn located in the centre of Castellammare del Golfo, in a grand palace of the 18th century, steps from the historic Quattro Canti suburb.
The Villa Comunale Park, providing cool relaxation for the past century, is also only meters away as is the beautiful tourist harbour, which is famous for being the departure point of the nice beach Zangara promenade. This suburb is so pleasant, typical and lovely it has already been used several times as a backdrop for film shooting.
Some of the Locanda rooms are situated in the main house, but most are located in the annexed building, which is less than 150 metres away. The decoration of the rooms in the main building matches the beautiful architecture and the authentic floors of the palace.
The rich breakfast is served in a cosy breakfast room and includes many typical Sicilian dishes. For example, you can try homemade cakes with jam, fresh seasonal fruit and the delicious Granite (crushed water ice with fruit syrup).
